Decrypting Engrams
Do I have to do mission first or as soon as I go to Tower I could decrypt entgrams for rise of iron gear please help

Bought all the Dead Orbit vendor gear and a ghost (had a ton of Legendary gear to dismantle and made sure all perks were unlocked to get 5 legendary marks every time). Afterwards, started decrypting all my saved up engrams one by one. Titan 351 2/3 Hunter 349 Good luck!

Run the missions first. Get as high of a light level you can. Then. Decrypt one by one. Also, saved engrams do Decrypt into new weapons /armor, at a higher light level. Enjoy!

You can decrypt them right away but you shouldn't.
