Why do you think it's related to the pulse rifle exotic?
Edit: Please god let it be an exotic quest I do not want to rely on RNG

My guess is that once the raid is here we get a quest to kill all bosses (similar to tom) and after that you have to do some other steps like collecting most clusters, doing special missions etc.

There's also 4 exotic quests. We know that you get Gjallarhorn, Kvhostov, and Thorn from quests. That 4th one is a mystery right now.

I think it unlocks the quest Flesh and Metal... which i assume is for an exotic.. and it's not gally or kholsko (spelling) or the swird because i have thise already

Well either way I really pray to god it is a quest because RNG for that pulse rifle will be a bag of dicks
