Cannot Claim Pre-Order Bonuses! (PS4)
I pre-ordered the rise of iron from so I could get the iron gjallarhorn and the iron gjallarwing but they're not in any of my postmasters on any characters. I want this fixed!
Any way to contact Bungie about this?!

Contacted Amazon and they sent me the two codes I needed.
Apparently this is a big issue for people who ordered through Amazon.

3 RepliesIf you got your code from gamestop (add-on version) it's just pre-paid value of $29.99 (money code) an not a dlc content that you think you paid for. You have to claim the DLC within the game before September 20 2016 or your fk LOL
