I did it. Loved the climbing idea in the social area. It was painfully annoying since the collision box for your Guardian/jump is broke as shit!
But nevertheless, I got it. Just a bonfire up there. Sat down. Chilled with others. Then climbed up the invisible wall/boundary limit and then jumped off.

Why is jumping such a big part of Destiny? At least this one is the same jump for everyone. Not like hiding ghosts that can only be gotten with a glide, well not only but a lot easier when you have a glide jump. I assume the new raid will have a bunch of jumping, AGAIN!

It really helps if you equip the Air Jordan Boots that the north tower sweeper robot sells. He's also got concert tickets and DVDs hidden behind the boxes for sale.

A friend helped me figure out the rest of the way but it was especially difficult for me because my controller moves forward on its own so I had to constantly move the analog stick back down, so I feel doubly accomplished xD
