Yeah, but did you get the Siva fragment on top of the tower near the temple?

Look it up. Play the first new mission. Once you get to Spekis, two different drop ships come in. Jump on the second one, (comes in at the courtyard) jump on top of it, when it turns and leaves you can jump onto that round tower that you originally enter from. It's on top of the tower.
