FIND AN OFFERING AND AS YOU ARE HOLDING X TO ACTIVATE THE OFFERING IN THE ARCHONS FORGE TRANSFER IT TO THE VAULT MID ACTIVATING.

Eh, so what, people can get gear doing it. All the times ive been to the forge. No one was in site. Spent a hour or so farming public events, went in there each time the event was in archons keep. No one near.
