Found a wretched I cheese spot that keeps the ogre in one place the entire boss fight. Makes it way easier as you only have to worry about the main boss and occasional shank or vandal wave. Step 1) In the back right hand corner of the arena near the hive seeder (where the main boss spawns) there is a broken pipe that you can stand behind just on the edge of the invisible barrier. If you can manage to reach it. (I did it with my warlock.) No enemies can shoot you as you're behind a big concrete block. Step 2) Have one person get in the spot and have the other two progress the boss fight into stage 2 (ogre is released) get the person in the cheese spot to agro the ogre. To keep his agro simply keep using your melee on him or shoot him. (Beware running out of ammo) He CANNOT HURT YOU in this spot. I haven't tested it with other classes but the warlocks range for the melee is extremely advantageous as you'll never run out of ammo. Make sure the others in the fire team simply stay away from the ogre and it will stay isolated in the corner of the arena. Now just let the other two teammates kill the boss.
