Upgrading from legacy console
I have an Xbox 360 and I'm going to Xbox One I have the taken King as a digital download for the 360 do I still have to buy it for the Xbox One or can I just download it again.

You will need to buy Destiny: The Collection upgrade version. Your 360 versions do not transfer but owning them gets you the collection at a discount.
