"PLEASE HELP! - Anyone know what the MINIMUM gear light is needed to START Rise of Iron!?" Hi all. Note I am NOT asking what light you need to start the raid or strikes, but the MAIN STORY QUEST! Basically when I click on the Rise logo on the bottom right corner of the earth map, to start the story; it says "YOU NEED BETTER GEAR"! "IMPOSSIBLE TO START"! Now I understand basically what that means. I'm 193 light & it says: "280 recommended" But does that mean I MUST get to 280? Because I've heard you can go in at a lower level!? # So HERE'S MY QUESTION! ... What's the MINIMUM light level I will NEED to even click on it!?!? Because so far it's not even letting me do that! This is such an AMAZING GAME! I was there day 1! I've always bought the expansions, then after paying £25 last night WHAM! I hit this wall!! Instead of after a hard day at work on Friday, then coming home to relax and play this awesome looking new dlc; I spent all last night trying to work out the best way to level up my gear light! That's not what I come to Destiny for! To manage numbers!!! I don't actually mind they put it behind this wall, what REALLY PEVS me is THEY DIDN'T EXPLAIN IT IN THE DLC DESCRIPTION PAGE ON THE PSN!! If they had done, I absolutely would NOT have bought this yet! In fact I could have just taken my time, even 2 or 3 months worth, until I got to that point where I can flippin' well use this DLC! Because right now it seems like I've completely wasted my money! Now to be sure I have not wasted my money, because one day I will obviously get to play this, but the point is that day is not now! It could be months from now! I actually did not buy another game this month because I used the money to buy this!! So here's my second question: Has anyone else come across this exact thing that I've come across? And are you as disappointed about it as much as I am!? Such a shame! Such a shame because this game, from Bungie, is an absolutely amazing shooter experience! Great story, set pieces, atmosphere! Just like all of their previous Halo work which I really, really like as well! Such a shame that it's been spoilt by a very, very simple short sentence of writing which I wish they would have included in their description of it! Please help somebody! anybody? (Bungie?) --- So finally, ANY ideas how I can Gear up my Light... FAST!? Thanks in advance.
