They ONLY advertised them on the items that would be getting them. YOU were the one to assume that everything would get ornaments.

They advertised it in a way that seemed like it was going to be on all new gear. Several times they specifically said it was going to be a new system to customize all your gear and even made it seem that way at times as well.

Step two, don't start arguments by saying shit with out proper evidence and information. Bungie never implied that ornaments would apply to everything, and if they did and you have proof. Nope, I wanted a system where I could add ornaments to all my gear and not just certain sets, which is the way they made it seem like it was going to be and even said that it was pretty much going to be just that. Also, ornaments do not just apply to armor, but to all gear, so you are wrong on two counts here.

No. They NEVER said that all weapons, or even all EXOTIC weapons for that matter, will have an ornament option. You ASSUMED. That's all there is to this argument. Bungie implemented what the majority of the community has been asking for. Weapon shaders. But no, SOMEONE out there has to find something to whine and complain about. Yeah we got ornaments, but I wanted ornaments on ALL of my exotics. Quit your whining and be happy that Bungie gave you this much. I, for one, wouldn't be surprised if all exotics got ornaments eventually and this is just a slow roll out of the feature. See what I did there? I'm having patience.
