i am having the exact same problem, i have sent a mail to the bungie store, requesting either a refund or a new code... now i am just waiting, however i fear that they will just say that i have to mail someone else from like bungie.net instead.... but i hope we will see some other ppl knowing something about this, because bungie store is not fast to reply. Note: i bought 2 copied of TTK soundtrack and none of the codes worked, so my guess is that it is a general problem.
