Still got the bugged quest marker over the Tower

12 RepliesFor the people that did not know. The quest above the tower is for people that have already achieved the Thorn (quest) in Year 1. We do not have to get the quest again from Shiro bounties. But ehh they need to fix it....

I have it on my Titan and Warlock. It won't update or recede back into the Destiny files.

Me too. Did the thorn quest a few times in Y1 and it looks like no Y2 version for me, just an annoying notification.

I'm a YR1 player and did the Thorn quest forever ago and still have the marker over the Tower as well. Not a huge issue when there's plenty of other things they should be addressing like the silliness of Archon's Forge as it currently is, but still annoying when the suggested solution is just going to the Tower as though they have the bug all fixed.

Meh, in the long list of things that need fixing this isn't exactly a deal breaker. Networking issues, quest issues , reward issues: these are important. This, is just the smallest of inconveniences. And it's the type of error that returns every few months in one form or another. Usually when using a specific ship or wearing a specific armor or something.
