I'm sure someone may have noticed, but if you use the Fr0st-EE5 boots and the Memory of Felwinter, and your discipline is MAXED, your recharge rate on your grenades drops to utter crap, taking a full 60 SECONDS to recharge even while running! I've tested with boots and without, with max discipline and tier 4. Be careful when using these until Bungie addresses this. I can only confirm that the boots are the trigger; furthermore, the recharge if you switch in battle gets really inconsistent, like it slows down to the 60 second recharge rate. Not 100 if the artifact ia crucial yet. I'm sad, as is totally breaks the point of the boots and the artifact, which I bought this week.
