Make sure your fireteam DOES NOT go into orbit if you are going for the exotic quest, it will reset all monitors and you will have to start the raid over again

What harpers if you all wipe? Does it reset the monitors?

If someone gets an error code and joins back will they still get the quest?

If someone who picked up a monitor gets the error code then you will have to restart.

Ye im pretty sure you get the quest after opening the chest under the boss.
