I don't see why not? As long as you have a raid group, no reason people can't split up off of that and do the rest of it. It's like a raid plus a few patrols to do the other stuff. Yeah, it's difficult, but no where near as annoying as trying to get the mythoclast in year 1 or the crux, or the jolly holliday quest. It's not even as hard as lighthouse for trials. Get a raid group together, then split up and do this.
