The codes only work if you have your fireteam together, enter the codes at the same time, and the fireteam must consist of one from each class correct? or can you enter the codes on your own if you happen to be playing solo?

I don't know. Haven't even bought this DLC yet. Still undecided based on the other DLCs. But there's a guide at the in the OP.
