My team was on step 9 and we input the codes for 3rd puzzle but only one person got it. Me and other person cant get it what do?

start over at 1st raid monitor.

Have your other two players pick up the charge from Shiro again and you should be able to re-enter the code. Make sure everyone has it before you use it.
