There is a difference, believe it or not, as the existence of "heaven" cannot be actually proven nor disproven, I don't think it would be some kind of city on clouds or whatever, but a more spiritual place for good people to go or something. Inversely Santa Claus's existence can easilly be disproven just at looking at what he [i]would[/i] need to do if he actually existed, it is just impossible. However, you can say that everyone who gives something on Christmas (or any other day tbh) is actually a part of "Mr. Claus".
