Rise of Iron, Khvostov Quest: I completed it once with my Warlock, but I seem unable to even get the quest to start with my Hunter. I have followed the exact steps to get into the Fallen Ketch, but the schematics would never drop, not even by dismantling the rifle from the beginning of the game. A curious fact is, with my Warlock I got it on my first try, and even twice.
