This is showing that Rasputin was reactivated by unauthorized console access. Someone broke into his lair and reactivated him. Which boils down to meaning that unless you know why you are here and what you are, you can't truly live. I think it means Rasputin doesn't know why he was made and he can't know, so it's pointless.

2 RepliesIn the TK mission where you get the cloaking from Rasputin there's a console that you can scan. Ghost says that it's the console Rasputin was reactivated from. So was that Lord Timur? I think he would've found out that while Rasputin was inactive they couldn't get through the replication chamber doors.

4 RepliesI think the creepiest part about that is that the Traveler direct control was recognized as disengaged. It implies that at any point anyone with a Ghost can be controlled like a puppet by the Traveler.

3 RepliesSTOP STOP STOP is the code in which we were to deliver a sound code with the pocket infinity in year 1 in the last array but we never did the side mission Year 2 we were given the sleeper simulant which was a heavy fusion which could also deliver a 3 burst code with out firing the weapon( hold trigger release before fusion shoots)probably side mission in the promethean code that we never figured out Year 3 outbreak prime siva/Rasputin symbol on it linking it to the 3 canons in the story mission the plague lands We have not identified ourselves to Rasputin yet and until these codes are input in the proper console which is odd that outbreak prime is a pulse rifle we all -blam!-ed up year 1 we never thought about side missions!

Was it because it was a threat or because they wanted to harness its power? Also what happened to Willa Bray and the team that created SIVA and the Replication Chamber? Why did they tie it to Rasputin and give him control over it?

17 RepliesAlmost all correct. But, he doesn't activate SIVA his entire goal is to make sure Siva isn't activated. Nukes the hell out of th guardians and sends constructs to slow them down. I'm assuming the constructs are similar to the drones that are all over the plaguelands repairing things, but militarized.

1 ReplyI wonder how much Rasputin remembers. His disloyalty to humans may in part be because we seem so alien now. Also, note that he is using the "I" pronoun sometimes. So, did SIVA start with a mission from the Iron Lords to reactivate SIVA that went bad?

Also sector 17 is in the cosmodrome (shiro says the hole blown in the cosmodrome wall is near sector 17 in a cinematic) likely his forgotten shore bunker (it would be cool if we could find that console # in a story mission). I would suspect the first half of the card where he is reactivated is when Timur and Felwinter found him (Felwinter Peak card). And site 6 was the second encounter where he attacked the iron lords, after he set his defense protocols after the first encounter. And the last quote is Tolstoy.
