Some people also live a life outside of the game and dont have so much free time like you . If game developers would cater towards people like you, then noone at all would play their game. This is not the Asian MMO market where grindy games are still popular. That said. I dont disagree with your main point, but not only the key drop rate is low tho. Another RNG factor comes into play when opening the chest and can screw you up again with giving you items you dont care for. This is not WoW or any old school MMO or MMORPG. The main point is not to make you look like a special snowflake, but give a feel of accomplishment after grinding a key for hours and not slap you in the face for obtaining a random class item from the chest and the specific loot item which in most cases isnt even an upgrade of the light level.
