See I understand this but the drop rate doesn't match.
I was forever getting imago loop, treads upon stars, darkblade fusion and the helmet. I've had one skeleton key from strikes since RoI. Drop rate does not match the drop rate of the specific loot from before RoI

It might not match for you but it's been about the same or better for me with skeleton keys. The only time I really ever got drops was the nightfall before.
