Drop rate is ABYSMAL. I've played since ROI launch and haven't had a single one drop for me.

Some people click and check without realizing you have two profiles (Seriously, this community is more toxic than a waste processing plant sometimes). Your PS4 shows light levels I wish I had mate, well done. I am stuck with absolutely bad RNG, and skeleton keys will make more sense to be more often.
