Siva Fragment Fallen 3.0 correct way?
So apparently the only way to get the Fallen 3.0 fragment is to jump on the ship. But someone figured out how. I was just really fortunate enough to stumble upon it. I jumped over the fire to get to Shiro after I finished my outbreak prime quest. I DO NOT KNOW how to get that fire up. Maybe it has something to do with the bells? I'm sure of it. Anyone ever hear about this other way?

When you use this token in the fire you get shot up and can even open the doors and explore the observatory area The fire is then available for everyone in the tower instance to get up to the 3.0 fragment
