America is a system that, ideally, doesn't allow a president to garner too much power. Clearly sometimes a prez. will abuse what power they have. But presidents still only have presidential powers, nothing on the scale of a dictator. And I'm willing to bet that if Trump has a serious personality disorder, then Hillary most likely does as well. But I could be wrong. Suppose we shall have to see come November and during the next 4 years.
