"First time using a blade huh? Well, not really for me, but I haven't used one in a good while."

Hm.[/spoiler][i]Alyssa nodded, smiling, and Xavier's eyes were directed to the gunmetal gray prosthetic on her right arm (because I didn't describe it), made of New Magnesium—strong as titanium, light as a feather—with an Assassin's Creed style hidden hardlight blade augment installed in it. She gripped the training sword tightly with two hands, and it appeared that now, with two hands, she'd be able to swing hard and fast, yet not necessarily skillfully.[/i]

[i]Xavier studied her augs. When did she get those...?[/i] "Not to pry, but... When did your arm get removed?"

"A few days ago...." [i]She murmured, averting her gaze. She had quite the story behind it, but it was too personal for her to share with anybody she didn't know.[/i]

"Oh... I see." [i]He decided not to pry any further, because this could have gotten edgy as FUK.[/i] "So, you should test out that new arm of yours. Just so that you can used to it."

"Yeah," [i]Alyssa said, flexing her robotic fingers.[/i] "Not used to combat. Wanna spar?"

[i]Alyssa readied her newly-earned, three foot long HardLight sword, its blade an inch and a half thick. The transparent HardLight was a golden-yellow, and razor-sharp. She nodded at Xavier, telling him to go first.[/i]

[i]Xavier took a deep breath, putting his right foot forward. He crouched a bit low, before rushing at her and slashing at her downwards, a red and yellow neon trail following the blade's motion.[/i]

[i]Alyssa lifted her sword as she read Xavier's body language, her hands raising the grip above her left shoulder, the tip of the HardLight blade pointing at his chest. Xavier's blade struck the upper edge of the HardLight sword, and Alyssa used that momentum to loosen her arms and redirect his downward slash, the tip of his blade ending up in the dirt as Alyssa redirected it to her right. Alyssa aimed a low, powerful thrust with her sword at Xavier's gut, executing a perfect parry.[/i]

When Alyssa's blade was deflected upwards, he kicked her back and took a few steps back. He then started to rush again, but he suddenly stops for no reason.[/i] "Okay, no. I'm bored."

"Same," [i]Alyssa said, yawning slightly. She sheathed her HardLight sword, blinking.[/i] "So. How's life?"

"Yeah, pretty good." [i]He thinks about a topic.[/i] "You know... I've had this weapon schematic that I've carried around with me since I found it."

"Weapon schematic? Better not be guns. I'm trash with guns," [i]Alyssa admitted, sighing.[/i]

"It's something about an axe. There's two of them, which you carry around on your back and you can throw one of them. It's pretty easy to return the throwable axe, since it has a grip that can register your fingerprints and it just comes back with the flick of a wrist."

"Interesting. Weapons." [i]After a moment, Alyssa sighed.[/i] "I don't know a thing about weapons, either.

"Okay then, Greatswords, Warhammers or Battle axes? They're all large, by the way."
