I am having the same issue. Every Bungie website/link states that you have until 11:59 [b]PDT[/b] to redeem your code and order. It is currently 1:19 EST, or 10:19 [b]PDT[/b], yet, any attempt to retrieve my code fails. It is nowhere to be found on my app or bungie.net profile, and viewing on a mobile device, tablet, pc, and mac have all proven unsuccessful. I am operating within the time frame that Bungie has laid out for this offer, and I expect to be allowed to complete my transaction (especially one that benefits the Bungie Foundation [i.e. a charity]). I hope Bungie realizes that a mistake has been made somewhere along the lines and extends the window and/or finds the glitch in the system.
