Same issue, had it queued up to buy yesterday, but didn't have enough time to punch in the payment details. Came back tonight expecting everything to be available as it's clearly within the deadline... but instead it's "expired."
The profile page even says "Offer ends: October 5, 2016" which conflicts with the FAQ.
Really hoping they acknowledge the issue, extend the deadline and reissue codes for those of us who thought ordering would be possible up to the stated end time.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
