Bungie, please at least consider changes to Matchmaking, Crucible rewards, hit detection, ...

.. And maybe your NetCode. Hey Guardians, I usually don't post anything to the forums, I'm more of a lurker. This is not really a rant, I wanna try to give feedback to bungie. Why? Because most topics which bungie should consider are either filled with swearing or rants. This is gonna be a bit longer, prepare for text!
I have no real evidence for anything, this is all from my experience ok, maybe it's a bit of a rant after all lol
Machtmaking Honestly, I have no idea what kind of matchmaking is only at this point. Regular PvP feels alright, not as much red-bar players as it used to be. But the skillgap between players is enormous. Sometimes I have fun, sometimes I am sweating. It is really inconsistent. Especially in this Iron Banner. Sometimes some players seem to lag/glitch and it's really frustrating to play against those players. For example, yesterday in IB, my friend (Titan Striker) wanted to take out an enemy Warlock Stormcaller. Said warlock was withing his range, near enough for his Striker Super to hit. Yet, the warlock was able to magically lag 20ft away from him, he missed his super, warlock comes back and kills him. (No, this was not due to "Ionic Blink"). Connection seems to be the key here. I understand, that most Destiny player might be from another continent, but why can't you just match us with people from our region? If the OwlSector map is real, there are enough players all over the world. Crucible Rewards How come, a player who just joined a match in the last few moments, the match ended, he did not contribute at all, but still got a legendary? Why are player who contribute so much more to the fight don't get any recognition? I can understand it, if the whole team as one contributed everything they got to win a match and almost everyone got a reward, but people with low scores shouldn't be rewarded for their behaviour. With low scores, I don't mean just a KD under 1 or under 1.5k score for example. BTW, this is an even bigger problem in the Heroic Strike playlist. A friend of mine said to me, he did 8-10 strikes with another friend and they got at least every other strike a person, who just wasn't capable of understanding the machanics or was AFK most of the time. Those players get rewarded and it's just unfair for everyone else who puts in time and work to get some gear. Hit Detection/Ghost Bullets Now this is a big thing. Hit detection is RNG. that is without a doubt a fact. Don't believe me? Here is a video for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZ24eDTg_s4 This shouldn't be RNG. If the target isn't moving at all, not even the slightest inch, I aim at the head and pull the trigger, the hit HAS TO register. There is no arguing here. For me personally, it shouldn't even matter how the "recoil" is influenced if you "aim" or "hip fire", but this is my personal experience from Halo. I'm okay with it, if I shoot twice rapidly and the second shot would not register because my aim is off because of the recoil, that is totally fine. As for everything else, there needs to be a change. No TLDR. Bungie needs to read through it. Also, please comment in a civilized manner.
