New Monarchy Quest "For the Monarchy" is bugged. Need Pre ROI class item to complete for titan. ROI new monarchy class items need to be made eligible for quest.

Same for the future war cults. I wanted to do this, get the exotic and work on the next group, but I can't and really don't have anything else to do but strikes and crusible, don't feel like wasting my time playing them when they don't count cause of a glitch.
