Being manually removed from iron banner
It's happened 3 times now and it's really pissing me off. Just about to win a match then BOOM! It goes to a black screen, puts me in orbit then says I lost connection trying to join fireteam, I did not accept any invite it just forced me out.
I recently had one where it was an error code: Bird.
