in a way yes. but pulse rifles work a bit differently. there stickyness doesnt really drop much if at all as there damage slowly drops off from ranged falloff.
if we were talking more like autos with gradual and steady damage falloff and quickly lossed AA or handcannons with stark sudden dropoff and going from 100% AA to 0%AA effect once there maximum range is exceeded you would be correct.
pulse rifles dont really work like either of those tho.
im not arguing your roll is bad, hell perks in general only give you an edge, your able to win without them completely (tho some weapons really do suck). im just talking numbers with you in the end. how things work, not how they feel to an individual.
when i first started playing the game i was convinced the apple of discord was godly, even tho it in truth sucked.
