[spoiler]Basically, the tester fights the person and gives them the okay to fight others. I might have phrased it wrong. You can fight them, but at the end of the fight speak to a tester or lieutenant and have them decide if said person can spar. [/spoiler]

[spoiler]i heavily doubt ill be fighting others CQC. My combat style is strictly guns and telepathic defense. Both are dangerous and i dont want to cause problems. Thus, why im not a fighter[/spoiler]
