I got all three swords at once with randoms. We killed all the wardens at the same time with rockets (this was pre-Gjally, in Y2) and then opened with Supers on Alak-hul. The timing isn't as tight as it used to be, you can weaken all three to about 20% health and have Alak-hul at about 40-50% (one fist of havok does about 20% to him) and you can still do it. I did all three with two randoms, I think they realised what I was doing as soon as I started rocketing the wardens and then they started using their machine guns too. As soon as the wardens were down, one Stormcaller and two Fist of Havoks and Alak-hul dropped. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.
