After completing OUTBREAK PRIME quest line, Shiro still has a quest marker above his head. the other members of my fireteam said this didnt happen to them, but it certainly has for me and now i have 2 constant quest markers in the director.
*edit* almost immediately after i posted this, the year 1 thorn quest marker went away.. outbreak prime marker is still there.
