Year 1 Vanguard Primary Weapons to return in year 3

Another NitC, Time on Target (my first Legendary) and Up for Anything. On a side note, Y1 faction guns would be nice too: Crypt Dweller, Red Hand IX, The Fulcrum, The Vanquisher, etc.
