New artifact gives enhanced radar resolution AND third eye with all primaries. In addition, it doesn't use up an exotic slot and can be used by all classes. The new artifact outdoes Knucklehead in quite literally every possible way. Knucklehead radar needs buffing, otherwise there is literally zero point in wearing it (I just use it because it looks better than my other helmets). [b]Two things need to be done to the Knucklehead's exotic perk:[/b] 1) It should give third eye on ALL weapons. 2) It should also give enhanced radar resolution.
