XBOX 360 and Playstation 3 players SHOULD continue to receive major updates in Destiny. It isn't fair because some players may not be able to afford a XBOX One or Playstation 4. Plus, without major updates, the game will become boring from playing the same thing over and over again. While all of this concerns me, there is one topic that really pushes me over the edge. Why can I not have access to my gear Manager and player etc.? Even though we will not continue to receive these updates, that doesn't mean we should lose the easy way to transfer our gear from one player to another! If you agree, like this post, and lets get Bungie's attention! Comment below if you fell there are any topics that I missed! Thx!

Only 10% of the Destiny community is on legacy consoles. Bungie decided that the work it takes to keep those 2 consoles up to date wasn't worth it. About the item manager: that's likely a marketing tactic to encourage you to upgrade.

Way too late on this, man. It sucks, i know, but that's how it is. All console generations end and get replaced at some point.

Dude they told you months before RoI came out you will not get no more content/patches as soon as the DLC drops so so your SoL and their are ways to get money for a Xbox One and or a PS4
-
Oh and they took away those features to get you to REBUT destiny again for current gen.
-
Lol its like they are ignoring last gen now. After them taking your money.
-
Guess you'll finally have to update that ten year old console and join the current generation.

Bungie was not able to store much of anything else into that generation. I am not sure why you can't use the app anymore though.
