Trouble signing in to PSN?
I seem to be getting DNS errors trying to connect to PSN this morning. Otherwise internet seems fine from my other devices.
PSN network status site shows everything is up though

PSN is still down for me, i just get an error message. Glad i bought an xbox 1 too.

6 RepliesI can't sign in either (Western PA). The PSN status link is junk. It constantly shows everything is fine when PSN is down. I use http://downdetector.com/status/playstation-network when I can't login. It looks like the outage is affecting the east coast and all of Japan.

Started at 0710ET and is stll progressing last I checked. Article down below goes into more detail. PSN was hit with a DdoS attack, along with Twitter and Youtube, also the release of Bf1 and Call of Duty Beta overflooded the servers, Still no word when it will be resolved.

A company in new Hampshire handles the infrastructure for Twitter and spotify and it seem to be having an effect on Sony also.
