Destiny Dualtage
What's up fellow guardians?
I know many of you hate when people post montages but it's kind of hard to get a following if I don't try.
I made a Dualtage with a buddy. We frequently play trials together so I said why the hell not.
This is only the second montage I've made but it's a huge improvement from the first I made. If anybody has any advice on how it could be better let me know. I skipped out on making video effects on this one, I'm working my way up from a beginner editor to maybe one day I'll be an expert.

Edit 2: I gotta say one more thank you to everyone that watched it. My goal was to hit 200 views and we ended up making it to nearly 500. Crushed my previous record by 300 lol. Thanks again!

1 ReplyI enjoyed this, it was simple. A lot of montages these days try too much for special effects or lining up shots and kills with the beat of the song. Its very distracting from the actual content if not done right. But this was easy to watch; good song and some good plays.

4 RepliesIts a definite good start, I'll give you some constructive criticism though, some of your shots don't line up precisely with the music (although it seemed very close). A lot of it also felt too much the same, maybe add some effects/transitions/overlays to the clips. If you want a more detailed explanation, I'd be happy to pm you

1 ReplyI like the concept, but I think you could've made it more interesting. Split screen shots, or having a transition between you two at the same spot in a game where you guys pulled off some good team play. Other than the beginning it wasn't all that different from a solo montage. Btw loved the nova bombing the bubble sync with the music.
