This 'burning' question needs an answer! This most AWESOME of masks has been just sitting in the vault, [b]is a legendary[/b], but cannot be used in the regular game because it's a 'zero' light item. Would be AMAZING if the new paper can make this into a regular legendary. NO REASON AT ALL to have unusable items in the game, especially with the strained vault space. It sucked that the racing helmets didn tneed any such provisions, and were 'normal' out of the gate.
