I'm not sure if maybe mine was just bugged, but a friend and I tested this earlier today and throwing knives [b]do[/b] seem to count only if incendiary blade is selected.
May have been a fluke, may not. But it worked for me.

If you are a Warlock and need solar burns, go to "we've woken the hive" mission and boom done in a few minutes.

It has to be the burn that kills the enemy.

It's fine. Like I said, might have been a one-off fluke. I all I know is I tried it with and without incendiary blade and with it, they were counting. Only way to test further at this point would be delete a character and re-level a new hunter. And I'd rather set my genitals on fire than go through that 😅
