Apparently it is rng. My friend got the shader after turning in his third bag. I got mine on the first.

it is not rng, it is based on a quest line, at least the blue shader is....i feel like some are just misinforned overall. there is no rng for the 3 shaders you get - you have to do quest items to achieve them, different than just filling the bag back and forth...those you do to buy masks from Eva and that's where that progress stops and you rinse and repeat. HTH.

The blue shader has a 60% drop rate from the bags you get from Eva. It is rng.

I did not do Saladin quest line, superblack dropped with second bag. Made sure I had an empty shader slot. First bag shader slots were full and it did not go to my postmaster.

now that is jacked up xD, you would think that it would be first bag because of the guaranteed labeling. If it is rng then it should have been marked as possible, because of the possibility you may get it or not get on the bag you open xD, just imagine some poor guy with the worst luck never getting it for the entirety of the festival when it was guaranteed xD

Superblack is from the raisin box quest, not from filling Tess Candy bags. I did it once on all three characters and got it every time from Eris Morn.
