As the blade made contact with the Stands leg, Leone got on one knee as his pants were torn and blood was coming out. It wasn't as bad of a cut as it would have been if she had attacked Leone himself, but it still hurt. The Stand however, did not disappear and instead ran towards Irina with all of its speed it could muster, which was slowed by it's cut and rammed its shoulder right into her back, the short spikes piercing the flesh of the Vileblood somewhat stopping her from attacking it's Master.
