I was doing Arc Forge and my post master was empty, and you know how you play Forge for a while you start to accumulate a shit ton of ingrams? Well thats what happened to me. After 2 hours of Forge I checked my post master via smart phone, and will you look at that it was a saladins vigil with really good rolls, rifled barrel and range finder. Before I left I noticed I had a ton of ingrams all over, so I did what worked before. I logged out rather than go to orbit. For those who don't know, it used to be if you changed characters rather than go to orbit all the ingrams in the area would be deleted. Apparently bungi fixed that and now if you change characters you still get the loot you left behind. So I went to my post mast and my vigil was gone and replaced by worthless blue ingrams, thank you bungi! What I have never understood is why we can't just transfer items from our post master to our inventory via smartphone or computer. Now I'm stuck having to grind again only to hope I get another vigil with the same rolls. Jesus -blam!-ing Christ bungi this isn't the first time this has happened either.

Engrams. With an E.

Im pretty sure logging out works the same as switching characters. That anything other than proper "go to orbit" screws you over.

So basically you spent 2 hours non-stop collecting more engrams than you ought to know you could hold on you and at the Postmaster, tried to trick your way to keep what was at the Postmaster instead of just deleting all the blues and greens you didn't want, and ended up losing what you wanted. Now you to try to blame Bungie for your fvck up after apparently fixing something they should have long ago. And let me guess. You didn't want to leave when you started to get full because other players were there the whole time. Even though you could have left and just gone back to use a fused or enhanced offering solo or use methods other people have explained work for getting spawned in to an active offering with other people again.

Sucks ass. They need to prioritize by rarity. A blue should never remove a legendary.
-
You shouldn't have relied on glitches bungie has said they are trying to fix
-
Wait wait wait...wait a minute. You're mad at them because a glitch didn't work?

Edited by Deadmennwalking: 10/28/2016 10:59:04 PM"I logged out rather than go to orbit." Bungie has previously posted that uncollected engrams from any activity will only be available if the player returns to orbit before logging off. You problem, not the postmasters.
