O dear... please let that not be a tracker... *finishes wrapping her leg in bandages doused in coagulant (clots blood, helps scabs form)* Ok.. what's that sound... *Quincy lifts her arm to see what it was*

As the sleeve rolled back, or exposed a flashing red light that was under the skin of her arm. It was inside her... It continued to flash and beep as the rain beat down. Likelihood was that it was in fact a tracker and the group was on its way.
-
Hmmm... that is definitely a tracker... grrgg... i dont wanna cut it out of her, that would make her bleed.. hmm... Wait, oh yeah, almost forgot! *Quincy pulls out a small device from a satchel. it looks similar to an emp grenade.. only less grenade-y* This usually works... *Quincy crosses his fingers as he pushes a small button on the device, emitting a short range EMP that would hopefully disable the tracker*
-
The tracker seemingly turned off, but searchlights and footsteps signaled the approach of the team. They wouldn't give up that easily, and they had the previous position. If he didn't move now, they'd find them.

*Quincy muttered something in Russian under his breath and picked up the girl again* Guess im using my last teleport stone.. *Quincy reached into his satchel and picked out a small rock, embedded with blue crystals. He didnt stop to admire it like he usually would. Instead, he crushed it, and in an instant he and the girl were in a glade several km from the Dojo, but definitely out of the city. opposite side of the mountain in fact. Quincy lied the girl on a small cot he set up in the glade for whenever he needed a break from the daily Dojo life.* There, you should be safe now..
-
She shivered slightly, her eyes firmly closed, but made no other noise. They had lost their pursuers, definitively this time... And here, in better view and out of the rain, the girl's features were much more visible. She was only about nine or ten, with fair skin and short black hair... She would have been astoundingly pretty if not for the wounds... And then there were the marks... Three strange line running across each cheek. A strange girl indeed... Why such men wanted to harm such a girl didn't make much sense.
-
*Quincy almost cried, out of sympathy for the girl and hatred of the assassins. he lit an oil lamp close to the cot, emitting some light so he could further tend to the poor child. after some time, he had managed to get bandages (as well as various medicines/disinfectants/other fun stuff) covering all the girls major wounds. he started a small fire and began making tea*
-
The girl remained still for many passing minutes, color slowly returning to her skin as her cheeks flushed a rosy red and her eyes fluttered open... She looked around slowly, disoriented by her surroundings and the stiff feeling in her leg and the ache on the side of her head... "Mmmph..."
-
*Quincy's ears perk. Not wanting to startle her, he decides to make his presence known first and in a very calm and logical way. he clears his throat quietly* -ahem- Hello? You awake? *the calming scent of tea has now settled into the glade*
-
Her large blue eyes eventually settled onto him, her silent stare gentle if not sad... She didn't say a word, merely nodding her head to show she was at least functioning. Her body ached and she felt tired, but she was alive... She couldn't remember much, the Fall having drained her memory, but she knew she was safer than before... Or it seemed like it.
-
You need water, after that much blood loss, youll need it. *i move past the fire and pick up a bottled water* Here, it isnt much but it should re-hydrate you.. *i nervously bring it over to her, fearful she would react negatively*
-
She slowly takes the bottle looking it over quietly. She wasn't entirely thirsty... But she complied, twisting off the top, sitting up slightly to drink the liquid.
-
dont drink it too fast, and if you want any tea, just let me know, ok? *Quincy returns to mending the fire, sparing her a glance every once in a while to see if she was alright*
-
She took the water in small intervals, eventually sitting up, as she finished the bottle, looking around the glade with surprise. "... Where am I...?" She suddenly asked, her voice quiet, yet gentle and sweet.
-
Somewhere a lot safer than any city or town... the middle of a desolate forrest among a very harsh mountain range. Fortunately this glade seems to be magical and always rather... perfect, i guess. I brought you here after escaping... uhm... those other guys.
-
As it all sank in, as everything started to swirl around her, all she could do was cry. Suddenly she wept, the tears following freely as everything came crashing down on her...
-
*Quincy's initial reaction was shock, but he quickly shook it off and slowly made his way to the crying girl* Hey.. hey now... ssshhh.. *Quincy realized words were probably useless so he quickly moved out of sight, shifted into his feral form and sat next to the girl, offering fluffy-comfort. *
-
Ish so cuuuute •_•
She didn't resist the comfort, even though the physical touch caused her to shake... Which seemed weird... After a moment of composure and deep breathing, she eventually settled down for a moment... Enough to wipe her eyes and give a blank stare at the ground.
-
*Quincy decided not to say anything. Instead, acting like any ol lap dog, moved onto her lap, walked in a circle a few times and curled up in a ball*
feel free to squeeze and stuff. you know, what a ten year old would do with a small fluffy dog
-
Well, she has a paranoia of physical touch... •3•
She barley moved, rather, she eventually just seemed to freeze and stare at the ground before letting out a deep breath... "I-I'm sorry... I d-didn't meant to b-be a bother."
-
*Quincy hops off her lap and into a bush. Quincy then pops back out in his normal anthropomorphic form* Dont be like that, you havent bothered me at all. I enjoy getting to help people, its what i do. Would you like some tea?
-
She shook her head quietly and looked at her bandaged leg, then felt around her bandaged head... It hurt... But she was glad to be alive. Eventually she rubbed her eyes and yawned, fatigue clouding her gaze.
-
You need some sleep, you've been through a lot. *i hold out a pillow with a blanket folded on top of it*
-
She looks at the items, but only reaches out and takes them hesitantly after a few seconds. "Thank you..." She says with a grateful, yet weak smile.
-
*Quincy smiles back at her. not a toothy smile though, the kind where you don't use teeth. he chose to smile like that because he didn't want to frighten the young girl*
-
Despite her tiredness, she merely continued to sit up, staring at the ground. She was an odd one, but most would be after the recent events...
