Tesuto shifted his feet as he loosened the grasp on his blades. Clearly the man was confused...even though he was not the smartest person as a first impression.
"Back to the topic at hand, Lucien. You are here, almost identical to a man who had a seat of power here. Are you positive you know nothing of this....?"

"Positive. What proof would you show me to believe that someone identical to me came here? After all, I would have myself distinct guise the differences between someone else and... Myself." Lucien never breaks eye contact with Tesuto, always keeping his stance at the ready as well. "I mean no offence or threat to you or your people, samurai. I'm looking for a boy."
-
"Well...we have a video of him forcing every single member of the dojo to fight each other against their will. That was enjoyable." Tesuto remained skeptical of the newcomer. He still had to be convinced that this man wasn't Cobalt Phoenix. Or worse yet, someone under the guise of him.

"I preach truth, samurai. I have no memory of coming here beforehand. All I remember is Alister being smashed by a pommel, me losing control and them blacking out. Then I woke up outside these gates upon the very earth we tread upon." This was a waste of time. He didn't care about a doppelgänger or anyone similar to him - he had to find the boy before he got hurt.
-
"....Alright." Tesuto let his arms off the pommels of his blades. "What did you say the boy looked like? What is his name?"
-
"Alister Danet," stated the man quietly. "Dark brown hair and eyes with skin like mine. Looks about 15-16. He's not my son but there are a few... Similarities." Something about his tone hinted at something Lucien possibly didn't want to share.
-
"Hmmm. I have not seen a boy of those traits pass this gate. Of course....I'm sure he would have gone to the village rather than the dojo."
-
"Are you quite sure? Well, would you mind if I checked just in case?" It sounded like a request, but there was an undertone of criticalness within his words. It seemed that Lucien would do anything to find the boy.
-
"Of course. I would escort you myself in his search." Tesutos words didn't sound like a request, but more of a given.
-
"My thanks, but I would prefer to work alone in this matter. Unless your request is a matter of not safety, but security?" Lucien's tone hints at the exact motive of Tesuto's want to escort him. Was he there to escort to help or to make sure Lucien didn't cause trouble?
-
"Security, respectively. I must remain suspicious of a dead man walking after all."
-
"For the last time, I am no dead man. I am but an exile in search of a boy whom I owe a blood debt to." Lucien seemed to be getting more tense as he talked, obviously getting more distressed at the time wasted.
-
"Then it would be no harm for an escort, yes?" With the samurais words, it seemed as if his decision was made. Tesuto was going to be by Lucien no matter what.

For a moment, Lucien's left hand twitched. It was as if something inside of him was just begging to draw his revolver and put a round in the man's spine to get him out of his way: the look of lethal desperation. But then he took a deep breath, remembering who he was and what promises he made. "So be it then, samurai. Lead the way."
End til the next one my guy
