Genesis Chain duplicates.
so just finished the raid for the first time today on normal .. and had a couple other peoples first times too.. 3 of us got genesis chain.. but we all recieved duplicates in the mail also.. is this a glitch or intended and has anyone else experienced this also?

3 RepliesMy first three normal mode clears I got six Genesis Chains, and the scout was what I wanted most. RNG sucks sometimes.

5 RepliesUpon my normal mode completion i got both primaries. both of which i still use. Genesis chain is not a bad gun at all.

Almost every time I get a weapon and open the second chest, it always turns into a duplicate

Happens...since there's only 2 primarys possible from normal mode you get a lot of repeats.

Same thing happened to me i wanted the helmet coz i got gauntlets boots and chest but i got a 2nd auto rifle

Yeah you can get one from the drop and then one from the chest too, quite annoying when that happens! I just want the helmet to drop!!!

I've gotten double chest and double primary weapons before. It's screwy

You got one of them for killing the boss, and you got the other when you opened the normal loot chest. It's not ideal but it can and will happen that people get two of the same thing in one raid run.

My first two runs of normal mode I received double drops on the genesis. Infusion fuel if nothing else! Keep fighting the good fight, fellow guardian!
