Been with destiny since beta. Have practically played every single day. Been through three clans trying to keep playing. But I'm burned out. Sick of the grind and fed up with the direction destiny has taken with crucible and micro transactions. Festival of the lost was the final straw. Can't even get stupid masks without coughing up money. Real classy bungie, one final cash grab.
And there is no reason to stay. No future dlc and so many new and much better games coming out. And i really can't see grinding out crucible and these pay walled holiday events until destiny 2. Which i may not bother pre ordering now that we know the path bungie is taking with destiny.

I mean it has been out for 2 years. If a COD game or any other game for that matter had a lifespan that long it would be insane.

Just to comment on your post. This is the only game I have played that has released a years worth of content over 2 plus years. Kinda ridiculous to be honest.

CS 1.5 was easily the most fun I've ever had in multiplayer gaming and that was 16 years ago. Talk about custom matches, if you were lucky enough to find a great server with good admins and map rotations you had it made. Lucky for me I found exactly that within a month of playing the game. Now we are completely at the whim of companies who control and micromanage every aspect of our gaming experience. Wow, now I'm bummed....

Have you not seen the posts similar to.... I have nobody on my friends list that play this anymore? I only have 3-4 that play destiny ocassionally compared to 24+ friends I added since beta. That's not a good ratio I might add and I'm not the only one. All games do this but most never come back to destiny and some got notification and asked why they don't play it. well....read your feedback bungo!
