This is true but to condemn all nerfs is the wrong way to look at it and IMO the nerfs haven't actually shaken things up that much for the worse. You are absolutely right though about PVP being broken and a laggy P2P mess. But that's because Crucible is the worst AAA multiplayer on the market, Bungie didn't simply drop the ball they never had a hold of it to begin with.
